Handmade products by Crystal A1 are made when ordered, and carefully inspected before it is sold. Please allow 7-14 days for order to be completed when full payment is made. All sales final no refund or exchange.

On rare occasion, items may be damaged in shipping. The item will be replaced with identical product. Some parts may have to be re-ordering and could take up to 4 weeks for delivery. Parts that have been discontinued by manufacture will be replaced with similar product.

All unsatisfied claims must be made within 5 days of receipt of items. Returns after 5 days are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Returns must be in their original condition and packaging. No return accepted without prior authorization. No returns can be made after 10 days. Please e-mail us for the return details. Shipping charges may not be refundable. Undeliverable or refused shipments shipping charges will not be refunded.
